The leader of [[E.R.N.I.E.]], the Evil Regiment of Naughty Inane Editors, Defacto desired to extend his editoral control over the entire [[Looniverse]]. His schemes lead to many crises, including the death of [[Lost Cause Boy]].

Basically exists to parody Marvel of the early '90s and the chief editorship of Tom Defalco in specific. He is likely the same being who is referred to as "The Falcon" ([https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Falcon_(comics) no relation]) or "Tomm, The.Falcon" in ''[[Cosmic Plot Device Caper]]''-era posts.
