== History ==

Rescued from a tuna net and experimented on with money from the finder's lawsuit. The finder would turn out to be [[Unexplainable Man]], who would eventually finish his "masterpiece" and use him to try to corner the [[Net.ropolis]] market on frozen yogurt.

== Personality ==

Basically bitter, resents being forced into villainy. He's sort of a square peg without any kind of hole. Would like to get back to the ocean one day. Feels a lot of anger towards [[Unexplainable Man]], along with a child's blind allegiance.

== Powers and Abilities ==

Well, he's a genetically altered dolphin who has lots of cybernetic and techno-organic weaponry. Especially likes his eye blast.

Looks like a big dolphin with arms and legs and high-tech weaponry grafted on to him all over the place.
