== Personality ==

Originally, sonorous and serene in the manner of cosmic characters. After the destruction of his homeworld, however, he turned more towards the angsty direction. With his sister, he tends to be more casual, friendly, and chatty.

Wears an all-concealing ninja outfit covered in a field of white stars.

== History ==

Penultimate Savior first appeared during ''[[Flame Wars VI]]'', as [[Looniverse-A2]] was merging with several other universes. A member of [[Saviors of the Net (LNH2)|his timeline's Saviors of the Net]], he found himself imprisoned by the forces of the [[Mirror Looniverse]]'s Ultimate Emperor, along with [[Manga Girl III]], [[Ultimate Mercenary]], and several of UM's universal counterparts. After the reveal that he and MG were UM's children, he helped them escape the Evil LNH, but separated from UM and [[Masterplan Lad]] in the confusion.

He returned alongside his fellow Saviors in ''[[Just Another Multi-Writer Cascade That Will Probably Never Have an Ending]]''. In his future, [[Usenet]] was dead, as, seemingly, was his sister. The Saviors traveled to [[Looniverse-A]], convinced they had to destroy it in order to prevent the rifts that devastated his world from spreading. When [[Masterplan Lad]] showed up with another idea, Penultimate Savior relented, but just when it looked like they might succeed, he was sucked into the rifts themselves...

...and after that success was reached, the rifts vanished, and he ended up back in his home time. His sister turned out to have merged with cosmic power, becoming [[Suzaku]], and restored the life-force of the planet before going off to fight the [[Crossover Queen]]. Things were better, if far from perfect, and he dedicated himself to rebuilding.

At some point, he seems to have had a relationship with [[Killswitch]].
