alt.transgendered was a newsgroup dedicated to discussion of the issues transgender people face.
After Kopikat fled from alt.toys.transformers [1], she ended up stuck here, her mini-net.thingee broken. Lass Lad found her (there was no alt.nonbinary back then), and after she got back, she chased Self-Righteous Preacher down for having censored the group from the LNH's feed.
Sadly, the group has been overrun by honestly really horrifying trolls, but it can still be read and posted to here. An archive of this and other trans newsgroups can be read here.
