Little is known about this villainous figure. He is believed to be an alien or extradimensional experimenter.

Sometime after Beige Midnight, he joined the East Coast Brotherhood of Net.Villains, then quit due to their lack of direction.

There is some undetermined connection between him and Hooded Ho`'od Win, as well as, presumably, Hooded Ho`'od Win Jr. of the Junior Brotherhood of Net.Villains.

Able to pit hero against hero; may or may not have the same immunities and restrictions as Hooded Ho`'od Win.

Wears non-form-fitting cloak with all-concealing hood.
