History

The girl who would be named Twitter was born with low-level telepathy that caused her to uncontrollably absorb information. Her parents sent her to many "special schools" in an attempt to deal with it, and when they heard about the Net.ahuman Responsibility Act, they jumped at it. She was given a Freedom Chip that gave her super-speed, allowing her to control her powers.

She was assigned by Irony Man to the group of heroes who were secretly the Bicycle Liberation Front. They told her their plan (knowing she'd find it out telepathically), and while she was initially distrustful of their motives, she eventually became one of the group. She helped them take down Hex Luthor's plans, and became a permanent member of the LNH.
