Craig Thomas Judd was the creator of Manga Man and one of the prime forces behind the Cosmic Plot Device Caper, and helped archive the CPDC long before the creation of the Eyrie Archive. He created the first ever LNH Roster. Sadly, he never returned after the Two-and-a-Half Month Gap.
(He also seems to have posted as Michael Elias Campbell, unless someone completely unrelated was simultaneously writing the adventures of Manga Man from the first person.)
