LJC is based on Lady Johanna Constantine, of The Sandman and Hellblazer, and was vaguely implied to be some kind of modern version of her (while also being Tara Lynn O'Shea's Writer Character). Notably,[1] decades later, the Sandman TV series included a modern-day version of Lady Constantine.
