To reach fabled Writer-With-Integrity was the goal of Integrity Quest, for the Net.Patrol despaired of an era where it seemed like the collector boom had focused attention solely on writers who would play to the thoughtless and unconsidered desires of the worst kinds of fanboy. They discovered that the Writer-With-Integrity was an amalgamation of the spirits of many great comics writers of the early '90s, held prisoner by the evil editor Defacto.
After DeFacto was thoroughly defeated, the Writer-With-Integrity gave himself up so the meandering storyline could finally end.
Not to be confused with the Serious Writer.
