Long ago, a student at a large New England university stumbled upon an amazing discovery – the door into the Universal Office of the Looniverse, and a terminal connected to every bureaucratic computer system in the world. He spent twenty years mastering its workings, and was ready to launch a plan to Rule the World! But first, he would strike at the only force he thought capable of stopping him – the Net.Trenchcoat Brigade!
He started cutting off accounts and Internet access, sending the demon Burak Racey against Thirteen, attacking LJC, stealing her account and using it to throw virtual snowballs at people. But by the time Thirteen got to him, it was clear that the Office was using him more than he was using it. He was defeated, but the Office kept up its work...
