Greg Morrow was a reader of rec.arts.comics and alt.comics.lnh who participated in the roleplay threads that lead to the Cosmic Plot Device Caper and Wrath of the Administrator, creating Frothing-At-The-Mouth Lad and Mister Elmo, respectively. However, he almost never wrote for either, other than a small snippet of Something Happens! #1 (part of WotA) featuring Mr. Elmo.
