History
When The Netromancer decided to make a preemptive strike against the Net.Trenchcoat Brigade, he sent the demon Burak Racey against the postgrad student known only as Thirteen. Thirteen managed to fend Racey off and managed to send out a message summoning the NTB to Chicago, kickstarting the Wrath of the Administrator[1]. He made his way there thru the Library of Infinite Stories, but ended up guided to a confrontation with the Netromancer himself!
Personality
Powers and Abilities
Wits and fists. Doesn't have a lot of occult power, but knows how to use what he has.
Appearance
Context
Thirteen was probably inspired by DC character Doctor Thirteen – except, of course, he's still working on his doctorate.
Appearances
- First Appearance: Wrath of the Administrator
Footnotes
- ↑ Other stories indicate that LJC was the one who sent the message, and at least one implied it was The Netromancer pretending to be her – but such contradictions are the nature of Chaotic Add-On Cascades. – Footnote Girl
