History
The embodiment of all things Irish, Some Irish Guy awoke when the first Celts arrived. Over time, he changed and adapted, and by the 90s, he was working as a private detective.
His personal Weirdness Magnet drew him toward Chicago, where the Net.Trenchcoat Brigade were gathering[1], and he got there just in time to save a shipment of Guinness from a demon. Unfortunately, that didn't stop him from getting sucked into one of the Universal Office's Pocket Bureaucracies, along with the rest of the city.
