History
Once a solo hero fighting for the little guy, Cheap Costume Man joined the LNH in order to promote economic justice on a systemic level.
Personality
Is very dedicated to promoting social awareness; has a certain tendency towards holier-than-thou-ness in that pursuit.

Appearance
Short and a bit chubby, with tanned skin, curly brown hair, and a classic Roman nose. Wears a black T-shirt, jeans, and sneakers. Half-white, half-hispanic transman.
