rec.arts.comics.creative is the primary newsgroup for the LNH, and the place where most of our adventures are posted!
RACC was created unmoderated in 1994 by Martin Phipps and a cast of thousands (well, dozens at least) and later converted to moderated by Russ Allbery in 1996 to keep out the spam. It's friendly and chatty, and pretty much every genre is allowed there.
The FAQ for the group can be found at http://www.eyrie.org/~eagle/faqs/racc.html.
You can read and post to rec.arts.comics.creative on your local Usenet provider, on the World Wide Web at Google Groups, or through email at the Eyrie pipermail list. As well, there's a graphical reading interface at Wil's Ego at RACC.
