The home universe of the Oddball Legion, formed out of the matter of the Astral Plane by Particle Man's hallucinations. The Oddballs entered the Looniverse so that they could get the necessary readers to stabilize their world, making it more "real".
As of 2012, it seems to be stable, though the Oddballs are still seeking readers.
