Server Admin was a player in the game First Person Shooter Man was playing when he gained his powers. After FPS Man became a net.hero, Server Admin became his nemesis.

A cackling control freak.

Holds the Banhammer; one whack and you can't move or speak for a short time, a second whack while you're frozen and you'll be permabanned from life, ceasing to exist. Can respawn.
