History

When The Netromancer decided to make a preemptive strike against the Net.Trenchcoat Brigade, he sent the demon Burak Racey against the postgrad student known only as Thirteen.

Powers and Abilities

Wits and fists. Not a lot of occult power, but knows how to use what he has.

Context

Thirteen was probably inspired by DC character Doctor Thirteen – except, of course, he's still working on his doctorate.
