The Oddballverse is the home universe of the Oddball Legion, formed out of the matter of the Astral Plane by Particle Man's hallucinations. The Oddballs entered the Looniverse so that they could get the necessary readers to stabilize their world, making it more "real".
In the late 2010s, due to increased emotional investment, the Oddballverse was stabilized and reified. When the Deep Omnilooniverse formed, it became fully part of that multiversal structure, as Looniverse-Orobas.
