Captain Hypochondriac was a member of the Legion that Needs the Hospital, and so was his loyal sidekick, Skippy. When Norman French and Negative Manny came to kidnap The Normalizer from Net.ropolis General Failure Reading Drive A: Hospital, they leapt into action; and when they left, Skippy leapt too far – thru a spacetime portal, and to elsewhere...
