Mr. Everywhere had a wonderful, overarching plan, that involved Miss Translation and her cohorts. This involved sending them a fruit basket when Lamar Dunston got a base for them, along with a clue: to check out Net.Santo's corporate headquarters in Sea.alt.le. Naturally, they got in trouble, and he sent The Conscripts to help them out of it.
