The second 501 Blues miniseries, 501 Blues: Rattler Hide Special was a part of the Electrocutioner's Song crossover.
It started off focusing (if anything in ESong could be said to have a focus) on Plot King's battle with Manga Man, but slowly developed a subplot about Mister Minister, Sufferyng, and their strange relationship to Rebel Yell.
It can be read on the Eyrie Archive as part of Electrocutioner's Song here.
