History
God was apparently found on a doorstep as a foundling by the Before God Guys.
One day, so the story goes, he was bored and reading the RACC archives, and decided to create Looniverse-Y, Planet T-Bone, and his own protagonist, Gotta-Luv-Me Lad. This lead to a series of shenanigans which lead to a whole bunch of people being kicked out of the Garden of Party Time forever.
Personality
An asshole. Pretty immature, and does things on impulse. Theoretically omniscient but sure doesn't act like it.
Powers and Abilities
Omnipotent, at least in theory.
Seems to be vulnerable to Hee-Haw Disease.
Appearance
Could be literally anything. Usually looks like some white guy, standardly handsome other than the two noses, three hundred cubits tall and surrounded by divine radiance.
