One of the many short-lived RACC imprints of the mid-90s, Magpie was a superhero universe founded by Noel "Lightie" Carnell. It had several series, none of which lasted longer than an issue.
One of them was the fifteen-year-old Amabel Holland's Silver Sparrow, about supermodel and superhero Penny Bikini. She later used her in a number of RACCCafe stories where she mud-wrestled Jennifer Frost, which was resoundingly mocked by all the other writers. More recently, she's showed up as the object of Example-Character Lad's unrequited love/lust.
The Magpie stories can be read here.
