History
A member of the Puppy Empire who set up shop in the Pittsburgh of Earth-20. Lives in her spaceship.
Personality
Gruff but lovable, a la Bones from Star Trek. Doesn't really care how she's perceived, as long as she can do her job.

Is an excellent physician and surgeon.
Appearance
A cocker spaniel puppy with a mottled green and blue coat and opposable thumbs. Wears a little doctor's coat.
