The Cat Lady has been a major net.villainess since her youth, when she was a sexy cat burglar.
Personality
A cross between a "crazy cat lady" and a Blofield-like sinister cat-stroking villain. Cares deeply about her cats and their welfare, but is ruthless towards most humans.
Powers and Abilities
Has a secret headquarters disguised as a decaying apartment.

A seemingly-doddering old woman dressed in a garish muumuu.
