A hero of the Looniverse! One who takes up the codename and costume and dedicates themselves to fighting evil!
In other words, the LNH equivalent of the term "superhero".
On Earth-20, this term comes from the popularity of The Network. Before that team, the most common term was "enigma man/enigma woman".
