History
Long ago, a cosmic being known as Yououghtto, The Looker made an oath, and was sealed away within a dome on the moon...
In-story, the Looker first showed up as the guardian of the Ring of Retcon. He gave it to the Time Crapper to counterbalance the Cosmic Plot Device that had fallen into the hands of Y-Plex Burp.
