One of the original Writers of the Cosmic Plot Device Caper, Victoria "Tori" Fike created the character of Lurking Girl. True to that identity,
She gave her blessing (lurkingly, via Dave Van Domelen) to LNH20, resulting in Lurking Girl I and Lurking Girl II.
She is unrelated to Tori.
