One of the original Writers of the Cosmic Plot Device Caper, Victoria "Tori" Fike created the character of Lurking Girl. She was the LNH's original archivist, having saved many of the pre-Two-and-a-Half Month Gap posts,

She gave her blessing (lurkingly, via Dave Van Domelen on the now-defunct Legion of Net.Authors mailing list) to LNH20, resulting in Lurking Girl I and Lurking Girl II.
She is unrelated to Tori.
