History

The Fan.dom of the Alt.ra is a mysterious figure with no known origin. After the Two-and-a-Half Month Gap, he had already collected Lurking Girl, replacing her with Lurking Lass, only for the newest piece in his collection, Rebel Yell, to break out and free them both.

He created a henchman, Damn Yankee, <fill in more from 501 Blues>

During the Bellerophon Gambit, he attempted to collect the Pega.SYS, but settled for polybagging Action Lord, whose incorporeal form had prevented him from making the capture. Acton Lord traded prophecies about which action figures and trading cards would become most valuable to get him back.

The ultimate collector, who lusts after the ultimate collector's items – the members of the LNH!

Powers and Abilities

Mostly undefined, though he seems to have a significant amount of hidden power; has claimed that he has omnipotence and omniscience, but intentionally limits himself to make things more interesting. Master manipulator.
