History

Frank was a native of Valhal, and highly placed – seemingly, just below the Sorcerix who ruled the land. He plotted to take the place and strip-mine it for precious minerals, causing great earthquakes to scare everyone away. When his sister, Good-Timing Girl, kept interfering, he used his power to throw blame on another source: Bad-Timing Boy. He was ready to wreak havoc, but both of them returned, with allies and without powers. They discovered his plot, dismantled his machines, and made him clean up his mess.

Personality

All smiles, seeming very straightforward and pleasant; but behind that facade lurks a devious mind.

Powers and Abilities

Has the ability to project sincerity at people, making them believe whatever he says.

Appearance

A man who stands about 6' tall, with blond hair, green eyes, and perfect teeth. He usually wears a Hawaiian shirt and black jeans, though he throws on a black cloak and cowl when going shadowy.

Relationships

He has three sisters: Synchronicity, AKA Good-Timing Girl, Sensibility, AKA Practical Girl, and Sensitivity, AKA Emotive Lass.
