The Killfile

The Killfile is the net.elemental field of Killfile Energy thrown up by Captain Killfile around Earth-20 from 1999 to 2007. It suppressed net.heroes; not just net.human powers, but the genre itself, transforming the world into more of a low-level urban fantasy/sci-fi conspiracy setting.
