History

Boris Wippleshod has been mayor of Net.ropolis for a long time. By the time Bart the Dark Receptionist came to take control, the stress of running the City of Ridiculousness had made him quite lose control, building waffle-and-chewing-gum houses and giggling in manic glee to cope. He seems to have calmed down by the time the Giant Radioactive Hamsters From A Planet Far Beyond Mars arrived.

Personality

Kind of off his rocker from trying to manage Net.ropolis.

Powers and Abilities

Net.ropolis hasn't exploded yet, so he must be doing something right.

An elderly, distinguished-looking man.
