Causes others to temporarily lapse into comas. For every minute he puts them under, he must spend a minute unconscious himself later. Also, packs heat.

History
Worked as a solo net.hero for a while, but the nature of his powers lead to losing his job and his girlfriend. Joined the LNH for the stipend and the guaranteed room and board.
Used to be very active, but doesn't seem to be around anymore.
