The Cult of the Cosmic Plot Device is a mysterious organization that, seemingly, guarded the Cosmic Plot Device since the Early Middle Ages. They lost it to the Nazis in 1937, and spent decades after searching for it; when it popped up and was shattered during the Cosmic Plot Device Caper, they found Doctor Killfile, and he molded them in his image. By The Cosmic Conspiracy, he had made them into a force he could use to conquer the universe...
