In the Real World, lurking is reading the posts on a discussion board without posting yourself.
In the Looniverse, lurking is the net.ahuman ability of characters like Lurking Girl and Invisible Incendiary to go invisible and/or intangible. Some have tied this ability to the Lurkforce Dimension, and Invisible-Intangible-Inaudible Lass's powers/curse may also be related.
