Wisconsi.net is a very cold state in the Usenetted States, home to Cheezar and the C.H.E.E.E.Z. Corps. <more>
The Century Pact also kept one of their bases there, where Shane Boxer and other operatives were given technological modifications.
In the Real World, it was the home state of Mark Gruenwald, Marvel editor/writer and pervasive LNH influence. Dave Van Domelen also lived there for a time.
