Mr. Everywhere had a wonderful, overarching plan, that involved Miss Translation and her cohorts. This involved sending them a fruit basket when Lamar Dunston got a base for them, along with a clue: to check out Net.Santo's corporate headquarters in Sea.alt.le. Naturally, they got in trouble, and he sent The Conscripts to help them out of it.

Thoughtful and calculating, willing to wait for long-term plans to pay off. Not above getting frustrated at his minions, but willing to play to their personalities.
