The Twisted Library, sometimes called the Chancel, has for many decades been the headquarters of Earth-20's Acton Lord dynasty. Created in the early 20th century by the first Acton Lord, it is a place cut off from spacetime and insulated from the workings of the Writers.
It contains an extensive collection of super-scientific and magical texts.<more>
