The Internet RACelestial Complex is a place where RACelestials gather for reasons unknown and, most likely, unknowable. Enterprising spacefarers built an enormous tourist hub around them, home to carnival games, theme park rides and other attractions. Many aliens and cosmic beings such as the Elders of the Looniverse can be seen visiting there.
Most of the RACelestials ignore its existence, but Eagalon the Questioner sometimes held trivia games there.
It is based on the Real World IRC chat protocol.
