Wisconsi.net (also known as Wisconsin, see Net.names) is a very cold state in the Usenetted States, home to Cheeezarr and the C.H.E.E.E.Z. Corps. <more>
The Century Pact also kept one of their bases there, where Shane Boxer and other operatives were given technological modifications.
In the Real World, it was the home state of Mark Gruenwald, Marvel editor/writer and pervasive LNH influence, as well as much of the cast of Mystery Science Theater 3000. Dave Van Domelen also lived there for a time.
