When facing off with Baron Umlaut, Lynk opened a portal to The Dreamlands to summon a creature to defeat him. She got... a duck. But the duck was powerful and vicious enough to rip off one of Umlaut's limbs. (Which Lynk later healed.) She successfully defeated Umlaut's plans, but now something perhaps even more dangerous had been unleashed on the waking world...

The duck wasted no time in causing trouble, calling forth Mr. Zklmcgyx, Emir of Embarrassing Dreams, from the dreamworld. It psychically attacked Dvandom Force through manipulating their dreams. In assumed different identities and roles in the dreamworld; as Lord Fowlverran[1] it gave their old enemies the Constellation Gang new powers as the Slipstick Knights of dir/na/nog>.<more>

One-dimensionally malicious. Maybe not actually sapient?

As an inhabitant of the Dreamworlds, it has the ability to enter into and manipulate others' dreams and manifests dream constructs into reality.
