The Most Improved Author RACCie is awarded to a RACC Writer who the voters think has really gotten better over time! (Why is it "Author" and not "Writer" when the other awards are Favorite Writer and Favorite New Writer? Because heck it, it's our show and we'll be weird and inconsistent if we want!)
