History

The second Captain Coredump has little known history, showing up as a member of the West Coast Brotherhood of Net.Villains with the legacy, the powers, and no indication as to how she got them. When Mistake merged the Brotherhoods into the Uprising of Net.Villains, she followed.

Personality

Taciturn, but not completely withdrawn. Highly competent in battle, but a little rough around the edges.

Powers and Abilities

Her wristbands enable flight, as well as morphing into all kinds of configurations (accompanied by a visual effect of glowing code spinning around them and sinking in).

Appearance

A college-age Latina woman. Wears a black bodysuit with lines of C++ printed on it bright yellow, a pair of chunky black wristbands, and a dramatically flowing lemon-yellow cape.

Relationships

Alternate-universe counterparts include Colonel Panic of Looniverse-Dantalion.
