History
Grew up on the island known as [fill this in later]. He schemed to win the Grand Tournament using underhanded tactics and outright cheating, but his sister beat him to become Manga Girl. His parents decided it was time to move to Netropolis and, jealous, he decided to embark on a career of supervillainy.
During the Spoon of Destiny Saga, he was manipulated by W.H.A.T.E.V.E.R. into attacking the LNH using one of the Retcon Balls. However, due to his flagrant misuse of a high-level artifact, he was taken into custody by Death.
Personality
Immature. Wants to be seen as The Best, but tries too hard to be cool and stylish.
Powers and Abilities
Uses overdesigned anime-style gadgets (as distinct from tastefully-designed anime-style gadgets).
Appearance
A teenage Japanese boy with shockingly red hair. Dresses in a costume that looks like two fashion designers got incredibly drunk and added as many ridiculous elements as they could possibly think of.
Relationships
Manga Girl is his sister.
