History
Claims to be Cannon Fodder's brother from alt.fan.bugtown (see The Origin of Cannon Fodder). Impersonated CF and attacked Letters Page Man, but was tossed out of the Letters Page Dimension back to the Looniearth.

Resurrects when he dies, but has to drain the life-force of others to power it. Can drain life with a touch.
