History
Phil came along with the rest of the Kiwis from Net.Zealand to meet Kid Kiwi when his powers awoke. He took on The Kiwi Messiah in single combat, and thereafter, hung out with Kid Kiwi in the LNHQ and on dates and missions.

Snarky, helpful, defensive of Kid Kiwi.
