Robert Armstrong, also known as the Mystic Mongoose, was the creator of Continuity Champ Jr., Coma Kid, and U-Force. He was also one of the architects of Retcon Hour, recruited Jamison Banks to the LNH, and was a significant feedback-giver and replier-to-stories on alt.comics.lnh and RACC.
