History
Private Eye's history is mostly undetailed, but it is known that he was a human who got turned into a giant eyeball. He joined the LNH sometime between its founding and the Spoon of Destiny Saga.
Along with Explain-the-Joke Lass and Sexy-Disturbed-Sparkly-Vampire Man, he discovered a super-intelligent mouse and brought it to the LNHQ.
Personality
Acts like he's the protagonist of a dime-store detective novel from the noir era. Is a trans man.
Powers and Abilities
Powerful deductive mind. Some level of telekinesis. Talks and manipulates objects without apparent means to do so.
